The staff at Veterinary Surgical Services is dedicated to providing our patients with competent and compassionate nursing care in a modern, clean and loving environment 24 hours a day (Monday through Friday). They monitor your patients closely, keeping them clean and dry and delivering all medications, including pain management, in a timely manner.
Our staff members are experienced certified technicians who provide overnight care for the surgical patients. Pets are pampered here. The staff members love their profession and it shows in the quilts they use for bedding, the baby food and bites of chicken they use to encourage eating and the hugs and kisses they give their patients. We welcomes calls from concerned owners pre and post- operatively. In many instances owners will be able to speak with the technician who was directly responsible for their pet’s nursing care.

Patients must be referred by their veterinarian to us for diagnostic and surgical procedures. Dr. Hay and the staff are proud and honored that veterinarians have entrusted the care of their patients to us since 1999. Excellence is the goal at Veterinary Surgical Services, Inc. inside and outside the operating room.
